Challenge
Riyadh Cables needed a futuristic and scalable platform to support business growth.
For a company working in the cable industry, it is imperative to respond quickly to changing market demands and ensure business continuity. As Riyadh Cables embarked on its SAP S/4HANA-led business transformation journey, it realized the need for experienced advisory services and program governance. The company wanted an agile and industry-benchmark business solution that guaranteed the adoption of SAP platform with minimum customization to facilitate process standardization, simplification and automation. Integration of metal hedging process with logistics and SAP S/4HANA with cable industry-centric application Advaris, enabled seamless business operations and visibility.
