The general public is hereby cautioned that:
All persons, institutions, and members of the public are advised to independently verify the authenticity and authorisation of any CSR project, communication, or representation claimed to be associated with TCS Foundation directly through TCS Foundation’s official communication channels only. No reliance should be placed on assurances, forwarded emails, screenshots, third-party confirmations, or unofficial documents.
The public is strongly advised not to correspond, engage, or transact with any such individuals or entities making false claims of association with TCS Foundation and to exercise due diligence before relying on any representations made in the name of TCS Foundation.
Please note that TCS Foundation shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost, or consequences incurred by any person or entity acting on the basis of such unauthorized or misleading representations.
TCS Foundation reserves all its rights and remedies available under applicable law, including civil and criminal action, against any person or entity found misusing or misrepresenting its name, reputation, or goodwill.
