TCS Agentic AI Orchestration Platform
The TCS Agentic AI Orchestration Platform integrates seamlessly with CLSS (hybrid edge + cloud), ingesting event streams and device inventories to deliver intelligent, real-time fire safety management. By fusing multi-modal sensor data—including VESDA aspirating detectors, CCTV, flow sensors, BMS, and access control—the platform leverages a constrained multi-agent decision engine to autonomously execute low-risk mitigations (such as HVAC shutoff, door control, and mass notifications) while escalating higher-risk events to human first responders. Models are continuously retrained in a secure digital twin simulation environment, enabling the system to improve over time. This approach enhances detection accuracy, reduces false dispatches, accelerates first-responder arrival with contextual insights, and unlocks new managed-service revenue opportunities for system integrators.
