Please note, TCS has not in the past, nor does it currently, under any circumstances sell your personal data from or to any third party. Further, TCS does not use your personal data for any other purpose than as outlined in the Privacy Notice unless required to fulfill a legitimate business purpose. Primarily, your data will be stored in Canada (may be outside your province of residence), India and the United States, but it may be stored in other countries on a need basis. We may share your information as described in the Privacy Notice with TCS Canada locations within Canada or TCS affiliates outside Canada, or third parties located either inside or outside your province of residence or outside Canada, including in certain territories whose laws may not provide a level of protection to Data equivalent to that of Canada; in such cases your data may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction where such access is permitted by local law.
