Through a multi-year collaboration, TCS is working with Microsoft to accelerate cloud adoption and AI-based business transformation for customers.
MUMBAI, June 20, 2025: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions is expanding its long standing collaboration with Microsoft to develop new AI and cloud solutions to proactively equip customers to drive future business transformation and growth. Through this multi-year collaboration, TCS will integrate Microsoft services to develop platform solutions to help customers of both companies transition critical applications and workloads from legacy systems to the cloud, across a range of sectors including financial services, retail and consumer goods, manufacturing and automotive, and life sciences and healthcare.
Globally, large-scale enterprises that are adopting cloud technologies and moving towards modernization of heritage platforms are facing fundamental barriers such as high upfront costs, limited workforce bandwidth, and lack of domain expertise. The collaboration aims to eliminate these barriers by creating new AI solutions including new AI-led solutions like TCS’ mosaic of agentic AI-infused cloud migration and modernization tools while enhancing existing frameworks and accelerators.

TCS will integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform into its TCS Cloud Exponence™, TCS Cloud Counsel™, TCS ignio™ for AIOps, TCS Cloud Migration Factory™, and the TCS Cloud Governance and Optimization Platform. Marrying the best of TCS and Microsoft capabilities, TCS will integrate Microsoft Azure services into its engineering and solutions teams to provide new solutions that deliver integrated experiences and assist customers in their cloud-enabled business transformation.
TCS will also integrate industry-specific Microsoft Cloud solutions and AI services to deliver solutions including TCS Optumera™ for retail, TCS Clever Energy ™ for manufacturing as well as TCS Industry Data Mesh and TCS AI WisdomNext™. These solutions will enable customers to make smarter, faster decisions, streamline operations, and foster innovation.
