TCS Helps Ayala Land Digitally Transform its Finance Function
- Tata Consultancy Services Completes the First SAP S/4HANA Implementation in the Philippines

MANILA | MUMBAI, December 4, 2019: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, has announced that it has successfully completed the finance transformation for Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), by migrating its operations to SAP S/4HANA, in the first such implementation in the Philippines.
ALI is a large sustainable estates developer that offers a diverse mix of properties such as residential, retail, office, hotels, and leisure developments. The company was looking to deploy a quick and responsive finance platform that would cater to a larger user base across all its diverse subsidiaries and support its future growth. ALI partnered with TCS to simplify business operations and accelerate its cloud-led digital transformation journey.
TCS’ in-depth understanding of business processes and SAP S/4HANA capabilities helped the real estate company accelerate time-to-market and achieve the scalability needed to meet its business goals. This business transformation initiative laid a strong foundation for ALI to bring subsidiaries onto a common platform for integrated business operations. The company accelerated financial closures with 80% faster processing time and has improved visibility of cash positions to run its business operations far more effectively.
