Mexico, February 17, 2017.- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Latam was certified one of the most important certifications in human resources- “Top Employers”. At the beginning of this year, the Top Employers Institute an international institute once again recognized TCS' work in providing "exceptional working conditions", which meant that for the third consecutive year, the company obtained "Top Employer" Latin America 2017 certification. Also, Brazil was awarded with the #1 position in the country, also for third year in a row.
As in previous years, the countries that have been certified this yer include: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay. Additionally this year, Argentina has been incorporated.
The Top Employers Institute, created in 1991, grants certification only to those companies that meet the highest standards of excellence in the conditions they offer their employees. In order to determine this, the institute elaborates a detailed analysis of the environment of its human resources. This analysis evaluates the management of this area and the conditions that workers have within the organization. Completed by a validation and an external audit, the results are valued according to the international standard. TCS Latam is part of the select group of organizations by obtaining certification at the regional level for Latin America.

To obtain this certification, a rigorous research process must be completed and the required standards must be met. In order to reinforce the validity of the process, the responses were independently assessed, which means that this research has validated the exceptional conditions for the employees provided by TCS and has been given the deserved place among the select group of certified Top Employers.
