Commitment to Human Capital Management (HCM) has Earned TCS Multiple Awards for Human Resources, Retail, Life Sciences, and Business Process Services Programs

TCS’ Human Resources, Retail, Life Sciences, and Business Process Services units were all recognized for custom talent management programs that inspire employee learning and development. TCS received nine awards, five of which were gold, in the Excellence in Learning Awards category; three awards (two gold) in the Excellence in Talent Acquisition Awards category; a gold award in the Excellence in Leadership Development Awards category; a silver award in the Excellence in Technology Awards category; and a bronze award in the Excellence in Talent Management Awards category.
