TCS and C-DAC forge landmark partnership at Tec-Verse 2025.
Backed by a decade full of heightened activity in the digital space, India is poised to become a digital superpower pioneering in tech innovation. On course to becoming a self-reliant and sustainable economy, India must ensure the sovereignty of its data and digital assets. TCS, by virtue of being a long-standing transformation partner of India’s public sector, is therefore a natural choice when it comes to building indigenous cloud platforms tailored to the country’s unique needs.
In a significant development toward strengthening India’s digital sovereignty, TCS and the Center of for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly develop indigenous components for sovereign cloud platforms for sensitive and mission-critical applications across defence, healthcare, finance, and government sectors. It is worth noting that TCS SovereignSecure Cloud™ – India's indigenous sovereign cloud platform with integrated AI to drive data, operational, and digital sovereignty – is at the core of this historic partnership.
