For over a century, the Tata Group has been synonymous with India’s growth story—from building steel, power and telecommunications that powered the nation’s early industrialization, to creating the digital and technology platforms that now underpin a modern, connected India.
Over the last five decades, Tata Group’s IT services arm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has worked alongside the Government of India and some of the nation’s largest enterprises to establish foundational digital infrastructure, enable large-scale platforms, and help India emerge as a globally competitive technology powerhouse. At the India AI Impact Summit, the Group will be present with the Tata AI Pavilion, demonstrating Tata’s dedication to building a robust, full-stack AI ecosystem for the nation. Themed “Accelerating India: AI‑ Powered Bharat – Infrastructure to Intelligence,” the pavilion will offer a powerful overview of how the Group is contributing to India’s AI journey, from investments in foundational tech infrastructure to building of industry specific intelligent applications.
16th Feb to 20th Feb; Exhibition Hall 5 (Booth 5.1)
Tata Group will have a prominent presence at India AI Impact Summit expo, with a 10,000 sq. ft. Tata AI Pavilion under the theme “Accelerating India: AI‑ Powered Bharat – Infrastructure to Intelligence.” This pavilion will exemplify Tata Group’s most sophisticated AI capabilities and enterprise-grade solutions, along with insights into cutting-edge technologies delivering measurable real-world impact.
The Tata AI Pavilion is structured around two primary sections: the Central AI Infrastructure Foundation zone and a series of Industry and Societal Impact zones. The central zone will demonstrate the foundational technologies that enable large-scale AI adoption, including indigenous semiconductor chip design, fabrication facilities, advanced data centres, and sovereign AI cloud platforms. These elements collectively represent the backbone supporting AI-driven transformation across Indian industry, government, and the society at large.
Surrounding the central foundation, the pavilion will feature six interconnected zones, each illustrating the real-world impact of AI in specific domains:
This central zone spotlights the “building blocks” of an AI-enabled nation: from made-in-India semiconductor chips and a first-of-its-kind fabrication facility to green energy-powered, high-density data centers and a sovereign AI cloud. It showcases the indigenous infrastructure that powers AI innovation across sectors, establishing the digital backbone for everything from enterprise applications to public services.
In this zone, visitors experience the future of transportation: a showcase of an AI-enabled autonomous vehicle for safer, smarter transit. The pavilion also showcases how AI predicts truck breakdowns, supports drivers in real time, and connects them with nearby service partners to reduce downtime and enhance reliability across India’s logistics ecosystem.
This zone showcases an integrated AI solution that transforms the rooftop solar ecosystem end to end. Using computer vision, the solution conducts automated quality checks on solar panel installations, ensuring compliance, safety, and reliability while reducing the need for manual inspections. Simultaneously, AI/ML-driven price prediction models enable peer-to-peer energy trading among prosumers, allowing surplus solar energy to be dynamically exchanged based on real-time demand.
This zone demonstrates Tata’s leadership in Factory of the Future initiatives. Exhibits include AI-driven twins for immersive factory simulation and design, real-time autonomous factory operations controlled by AI, intelligent visual inspection systems for superior quality control, and robotics at scale (from collaborative robots to autonomous mobile robots). Together, these illustrate how AI and automation enable self-optimizing factories that deliver higher efficiency, precision, and productivity in India’s manufacturing sector.
This zone brings to life AI’s impact on everyday experiences. The AI travel concierge offers a glimpse of personalized travel planning – from smart airport check-in to tailored trip recommendations. A “Store of the Future” exhibit showcases personalized retail experience where an AI helps shoppers identify and recommend products that meet their dietary needs in real-time, and virtual try-on for fashion, allowing consumers to shop without physical try-ons. Additionally, through a novel “Talk to Shop with AI” delegates can experience conversational shopping in across retail, travel, and banking, making services more convenient and personal.
Aligned with the theme of AI for All, this zone highlights Tata’s initiatives in healthcare and community empowerment. Bridgital Healthcare is an AI-powered public health command center (Digital Nerve Center – DiNC) that enables real-time decision support for medical professionals, helping improve emergency response and healthcare delivery at scale. Another exhibit, Bridgital Empowering Weavers, showcases a digital handloom platform where AI aids traditional artisans – demonstrating how technology can preserve heritage crafts, improve livelihoods, and drive inclusive growth. These examples reflect how AI is being used to enhance quality of life, public services, and social inclusion in India.
Together, these zones will provide an accessible yet comprehensive view of how Tata is leveraging home-grown innovation and infrastructure to accelerate India’s journey from AI foundations to intelligent applications. The pavilion positions Tata Group as a key enabler in building an AI-powered Bharat, driving inclusive growth and industry transformation across the nation.
