Hon. Daniel Mookhey
MLC Treasurer of NSW
Daniel Mookhey was elected to the Parliament of NSW on 6 May 2015 as a Member of the Legislative Council. The son of Indian migrants, Daniel was the first MP in an Australian Parliament and the first Treasurer to be sworn in on the Hindu religious text, the Bhagavad Gita. Daniel is a passionate advocate for the people of NSW. As Treasurer since March 2023, Daniel has delivered four budgets, with a focus on helping the people of NSW with the cost of living, fixing essential services, addressing the housing crisis and driving reform to get the state budget back to a sustainable position. He has done this at a challenging time for the people of NSW with high inflation and interest rates affecting both family budgets and the state budget.
Emily Amos
Managing Director, Wesfarmers Health
Emily Amos was appointed Managing Director Wesfarmers Health in April 2022, following Wesfarmers’ acquisition of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in 2022. Emily’s focus is on delivering health, beauty, and wellness experiences that are simpler, more affordable, and easier to access through the transformation and growth of Wesfarmers Health’s retail, wholesale and pharmacy services, medical aesthetics, and digital health assets. Emily has extensive health and retail sector experience gained through time in various executive roles at Bupa Australia and New Zealand, Woolworths Australia, and Sainsbury’s United Kingdom. Prior to joining Wesfarmers, Emily was the Managing Director Bupa Health Insurance and before that, Managing Director of Bupa Health Services. Emily is also a former non-executive director of Adore Beauty. During her time at Woolworths, Emily held the role of Finance Director at Endeavour Drinks Group, and held senior executive roles across Finance, data and digital. Emily has an honours degree in Economics from the University of Sydney, is a CPA, holds a Master of Business in Finance and Accounting and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Emily is also a member of Chief Executive Women and is the chair of the Sisterhood Foundation.
Gordon Dunsford
Executive General Manager Digital, Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO)
To operate the digital technologies that underpin both east and west coast electricity grids, markets as well as gas, and enable these with technology to improve outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. Experience: Has more than 25 years’ experience in business and digital technology roles across a range of industry sectors both in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), Gordon was Chief Information and Technology Officer and Executive Director Digital Technology and Innovation at NSW Police Force, where he developed and successfully delivered a significant modernisation and uplift in digital technologies, methods, and culture. Gordon made the CIO Top 10 on two occasions as named by CIO Magazine Australia during his time at NSW Police Force. Gordon has also held Chief Technology roles with WaterNSW, Airservices Australia, Integral Energy and TransGrid. He was the Chief Technology Officer for IBM across Asia Pacific and Japan and has held leadership and delivery roles with Westpac and Commonwealth Bank. He holds an MBA and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Stefan Knight
Group Chief Financial Officer, The Warehouse Group
Stef Knight joined The Warehouse Group as Group Chief Financial Officer in August 2025 after more than twenty years with Spark New Zealand, where he held a number of leadership roles, including Financial Director. At The Warehouse Group, Stef leads finance, audit and risk, strategy, investor relations, retail media, and new growth ventures. A Chartered Accountant, he began his career with Deloitte and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Auckland and has completed the CFO Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
Lee Challoner-Miles
General Manager Digital, Data & AI
Lee Challoner-Miles is the General Manager of Digital, Data & AI Technology for Bank of New Zealand, Working as a technological executive within financial services for over 16 years. Lee is responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and ongoing day to day running of the banks key technology assets. This includes all of the banks data platforms, digital channels such as mobile apps, websites, and third-party portals. Along with building out the AI capabilities within the bank, operating within a heavily regulated industry utilising brand-new technologies that support the banks strategic ambition to be the best bank in New Zealand providing exceptional customer service to customers everyday. Prior to joining BNZ Lee worked in the telecommunication industry for Vodafone and British Telecom and he has worked across several different countries in Customer Service Technology, Program delivery and Self Service which includes digital channels. Lee has a double master’s degrees in Leadership and Innovation from the University of Technology Sydney, with other qualifications across Technology and Management. He has sat on the board for the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at UTS Sydney, Australia for over a decade. Lee was born in Britain and moved to New Zealand in 2025. He is married with a son, and the family enjoys travelling to see the world and different cultures. Lee enjoys exercising, sits on a cancer research charity committee and participates in motor racing. He also enjoys watching sports like football, formula one, and cricket.

Dr Rory Darkins is a performance psychology researcher, lecturer, coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing human performance and wellbeing through science and technology. With a PhD in Psychology and more than a decade of experience working with Olympic athletes, professional sportspeople, and business leaders, Rory has built his career around a central question: what enables people to perform at their best while also thriving? Drawing on psychological science and experience at the highest levels of sport, he translates research into practical skills that help people navigate pressure, realise their potential, and flourish. Rory co-founded Marathon State of Mind AI with two-time Olympian Eloise Wellings, bringing elite-level mental skills coaching to everyday runners. Together, they launched Elzy, an AI coach that, through their partnership with the TCS Sydney Marathon, made personalised mental fitness coaching available to more than 40,000 runners in a world first for marathon running.
Eloise Wellings

Eloise Wellings is a two-time Olympian, five-time Commonwealth Games representative, entrepreneur, humanitarian, and mum of three. Having spent more than two decades competing at the highest level of distance running, Eloise understands firsthand the power of the mind in navigating pressure, setbacks, uncertainty and the pursuit of ambitious goals. Drawing on her experiences in elite sport, Eloise co-founded Marathon State of Mind AI, an innovative mental fitness platform combining performance psychology, practical mental skills, and AI-powered coaching to help people build resilience, strengthen self-belief and perform at their best, both in sport and in life. Beyond athletics, Eloise is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Love Mercy Foundation, an Australian charity empowering community in northern Uganda through sustainable food security, clean water, and healthcare initiatives. Her work reflects a deep commitment to creating meaningful and lasting change. As an athlete, business leader and mother of three, Eloise brings a uniquely human perspective to the intersection of technology, mental fitness and leadership. She is passionate about making the mental skills developed through elite sport accessible to everyone, helping individuals and organisations navigate challenges, embrace discomfort, and realise their potential.

Hugh Riminton

Hugh Riminton is an author, broadcaster and multi-award winning journalist. Over more than 40 years, he was an international correspondent for Australian Networks Nine and TEN and a news anchor and correspondent for CNN, reporting from some 50 countries including multiple war and conflict zones. He was also political and national affairs editor for Paramount/TEN. Hugh has hosted programs as varied as CNN TODAY, THE PROJECT, NIGHTLINE and MEET THE PRESS, and thousands of hours of news programming across three networks. He has also been a board director, chair or adviser to multiple for-purpose enterprises, including Soldier On, The Salaam Institute, Media Diversity Australia, The John Mac Foundation and the Centre for Media Transition at UTS. His memoir “Minefields: A Life in the News Game” (Hachette) was an Australian bestseller.
