Siddharth Menon

Siddharth is a part of Tata Administrative Services (TAS), Tata Group’s flagship leadership program, and is currently leading innovation efforts for the Software and Services industry unit at Tata Consultancy Services.

His role involves defining the innovation strategy for the business unit as well as working with clients to identify opportunities for co-innovation with a focus on areas such as the Metaverse, Web 3.0, advanced AI and analytics, and stakeholder experience.

Siddharth is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has extensive experience in auditing, taxation, and financial planning and analysis across multiple industries such as logistics, manufacturing, and defense.
