TCS leveraged BaNCS, its proprietary insurance platform, to consolidate over four million policies from 14 legacy systems. This large scale migration has helped the Phoenix Group improve their end-to-end policy servicing. In addition, Christopher speaks about how TCS’ robust governance systems and processes have helped the group avoid fraudulent payments worth over GBP 7 million.
TCS proactively managed staffing to handle more than 300% of the forecasted claims volume. This gave Phoenix Group the agility to successfully address spike in volume due to the 2015 pension reforms.
