Vodafone Australia was using an older release of the Oracle Siebel CRM application, which needed upgrade along with gradual transition from old to the new CRM application. According to Benoit Hanssen, “It was a very tight timeline it was a challenging project because there was lot of dependencies for the business. TCS took up that challenge and in the end did a really good job out of it.”
