Kimberly Mathisen is a CEO and board member who loves the challenge of helping organizations find new sources of energy and growth and more innovative and sustainable business models. In January 2022, Kimberly became the CEO of HUB Ocean, a non-profit foundation aimed at becoming the world’s ocean data collaboration hub. Their goal is to change the fate of the ocean by unleashing the power of data, technology, and collaboration. She has more than 25 years of experience in the private sector in Digitalization and Technology, Branded Consumer Goods, and Pharmaceuticals in North America, Europe and Asia, most recently leading a period of enormous growth and transformation as the General Manager of Microsoft Norway. She serves on the Supervisory Board of Bayer AG and the Board of Directors of Aker Biomarine, Aker Horizons and Aize. She has been named as one of Norway’s most influential leaders by Kapital and one of Norway’s top female executives in technology by Abelia and Oda Network.

Rishikesh joined TCS in 2001 fresh out of college as a graduate trainee. In the last 22+ years with TCS, he has played several roles right from a developer, module leader, Project Leader, Account Manager, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Solution Architect and Pre Sales Lead. He led the transition and transformation for largest bank in Norway, before joining the Digital GTM team in Europe creating offerings for Straight Through IT, Cloud, GDPR & Analytics. He has worked across domains starting with Manufacturing, Energy (Wind and Oil & Gas) and Banking across Nordics, USA, Belgium, Germany and India. Rishikesh holds a graduate bachelor’s degree in Electronics, A Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy and Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and Designing Strategy & Business from IDEO U. An ardent Lego fan, he is a TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect and a Certified IBM SOA Associate. Has experience working on SAP (ERP), Maximo (IBM’ Enterprise Asset Management Tool), ESB’ (SAP XI, WebMethods), Portal Development (Oracle WebLogic, JBoss), Application consolidation and rationalization. He is based in Oslo, Norway along with his wife and 11-year-old Kid.

Dr. Nenad Keseric is a prominent figure in the energy sector, holding a master in electrical engineering and a PhD in Energy Economics from Vienna University of Technology. His career began at Austrian Power Grid, leading cross-border energy projects. At Statkraft, he was the Director of Business Development, focusing on renewable energy projects across Southeast Europe. Joining Equinor in 2008, he has been Operations manager of groundbreaking projects like ArcticWind- world's most northern wind park and Hywind, the world’s first floating wind turbine. His role extended to digital strategy, overseeing Equinor’s Renewable Digital platform. Recently, as COO of Ocean Sun, he spearheaded innovative floating solar technologies, demonstrating leadership in project development and global team coordination. In his current role as Director of RnD & Innovation in Statnett, he is leading development of innovative grid technologies to connect renewable both on land and on oceans. With a career spanning over two decades, Nenad Keseric has been at the forefront of innovation within energy and data space, contributing significantly to accelerating energy transition.
