Independent survey of more than 200 CxOs from Belgium and Luxembourg cites the ability to support organizations’ adaption to the digital economy as a key priority
TCS rises up the rankings to first place in the independent study among 29 other IT service organizations across the two countries

BELGIUM| MUMBAI March 10, 2017: Tata Consultancy Services, a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, has been named the number one for customer satisfaction in Belgium and Luxembourg (Belux) following Europe’s largest report into IT service providers.
Conducted by interviewing more than 200 business leaders of leading IT organizations in Belux (CIOs, CEOs, CFOs or their direct reports), the Whitelane study looks into their predictions on IT, outsourcing and digital transformation spending as well as their experiences with existing partners. With a satisfaction score of 80%, TCS in Belux has achieved the top spot for customer satisfaction.
The report, which was developed alongside the Vlerick Business School, also highlighted the continued shift towards digital transformation, with organizations seeking support to help them take advantage of opportunities in the digital economy. This includes assistance in enhancing their core company functions, ensuring they are fit for digital business models.
Over half (51%) of businesses in Belux plan to increase their outsourcing or digital partnerships in the coming years – more than any other country in Europe. Nearly two thirds (64%) say this is to help them focus on their core business, and 43% believe it will help them with greater access to resources.
