    TCS AI Native Telco Offerings are deployable across major cloud and AI platforms and can utilise:

    These key tools help customise and deploy telco domain-specific language models-based into the telecom function. TCS AI Native Telco Offerings are designed to transform strategic business processes across the telco value chain, driving efficiency, innovation, and potential for new revenues. 

    TCS has leveraged Google Cloud, AWS and NVIDIA:  key AI and cloud technologies to help telcos accurately model network performance across dynamic environments. 

    TCS’ offerings (see Figure 1), built on NVIDIA technology suite, include:

    The illustration shows the key areas TCS’ offerings cater to, which are autonomous network anomaly management, billing and revenue assurance, service assurance, and 3D network visualization, AI enabled Order Configurator, Network Optimization Framework.

    • TCS autonomous network anomaly management: This is an agentic offering aligned with TM Forum guidelines and standards for real-time detection, analysis and resolution of network anomalies, improving uptime, and reducing manual interventions.
    • TCS billing and revenue assurance service: This offering includes services for billing operations and revenue assurance analysts to autonomously detect and resolve billing discrepancies, explain charges, address near real-time billing fallouts and customer queries. It also allows telcos to enhance efficiency, improve revenue assurance accuracy, and ensure seamless customer experience. 
    • TCS smart assist framework for service assurance: This offering enables multi-turn conversational virtual agents providing autonomous call and complaint resolution across company-specific knowledge domains such as billing, network, IT, HR and field operations. By retaining conversational context, these virtual agents provide coherent, natural, and engaging interactions, helping boost service efficiency and enhance overall user experience. 
    • TCS 3D network visualisation framework: This offering allows design and deployment of signal propagation, coverage visualisation, and simulation of hybrid and complex network site deployments at a highly detailed scale through advanced digital twin-based modelling.
    • TCS AI-enabled order configurator: An agentic AI-powered telco order configurator that utilises intelligent agents to collaboratively design, validate, and price complex enterprise or retail telecom solutions. It takes into consideration the network constraints, offer rules, customer context, product configurations, and partner requirements to create accurate and compliant orders efficiently. The offering enhances agent and customer experience, reduces manual effort and significantly reduces the uptake and time to realise revenue.
    • TCS network optimisation framework: An Agentic AI-powered RAN performance management system that uses intelligent agents to continuously monitor network and service health. These agents proactively detect performance issues early, identify root causes across the network, and either take corrective action or recommend solutions, helping maintain SLAs and deliver a positive customer experience.

    • Increase the degree of autonomous operations for complex systems and network using virtual agents to reduce call deflections and leading to substantial decrease in the number of support and service tickets generated.
    • Enhance accuracy with AI-RAN, implementing algorithms trained in AI data centres and fine-tuned with physically accurate digital twins to unlock the full potential of wireless networks.
    • Drive improvements in spectral and energy efficiencies in hybrid networks while boosting reliability and network performance.
