Challenge
The foundation needed to consolidate its human resources operations.
This was required to support its growth and global talent development efforts, operate more consistently and efficiently across countries, and enhance its employee and manager experience. The foundation also needed timely generation of reports, address gaps in reports, and improve data quality, for the management to make informed decisions. The existing reporting system was all paper based.
The Aga Khan Foundation, therefore, sought a robust and flexible human capital management system to manage employee data effectively across 18 countries.

The solution standardized and integrated HR function for all 18 countries of Aga Khan Foundation’s operations, migrating historical data of three years for its 4,050 employees, while considering Aga Khan Foundation’s pain points, such as optimization of the budget and timeline of the program, adherence to policies, and change management.
The solution transformed the approach to data completely for Aga Khan Foundation with custom-built reports and dashboards. Integrated with Microsoft Azure AD, the comprehensive and unified platform is scalable enough to support Aga Khan Foundation’s growing user base.
