Earl Newsome is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Cummins. With over 30 years of global IT leadership experience, he has a proven track record in driving digital transformations at companies like Linde, Estée Lauder, and TE Connectivity. A West Point Graduate in Computer Science and a former U.S. Army member, Earl is committed to enhancing employee engagement and is actively involved in leadership organizations such as the Executive Leadership Council and Information Technology Senior Management forum. A strong believer of social responsibilities and DEI, he is actively involved in numerous CSR initiatives and public events.
M.S. Krishnan
Professor & Faculty Director, Ross School of Business
Dr. M.S. Krishnan is the professor of technology and operations at the University of Michigan's Ross Business School and Faculty Director for Business+Tech and the CK Prahalad and India Initiatives. He has also been the associate dean for global initiatives and executive programs. He co-authored 'The New Age of Innovation' with C.K. Prahalad, named one of the best innovation books in 2008. Dr. Krishnan holds degrees from the University of Delhi and a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University. His research focuses on business model innovation, IT strategy, and software quality. Recognized as a leading thinker in business technology, he has consulted for global organizations like Ford, IBM, Unilever, Siemens, and Tata Group.
Luke Harvey
Principal Solutions Architect, WW Automotive, AWS
Luke Harvey is the Worldwide Automotive Partner Tech leader for Amazon Web Services. He is globally responsible for AWS’s automotive partner strategy and enables partners to build, market, and sell their state-of-the-art solutions leveraging the cloud. He has over a decade of automotive leadership experience in autonomous and connected vehicle technology. When not building things on AWS, he spends time beekeeping with his family in Michigan.

An award-winning technology evangelist and thought leader, Arun comes with a proven expertise in driving security transformation in global environments. Skilled in building security programs, integrating people, processes, and technology, and aligning strategies with business goals, Arun promotes secure cloud adoption through identity and access management (IAM) to foster collaboration for enterprise security. He is recognized as a visionary in cybersecurity strategy and his interests include Cloud Security, IAM, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, ISO 27001, and Privacy.

His expertise involves handling complex business problems of large and diversified industries through agility, speed, innovation and digital transformation.
Naresh Mehta

Naresh has close to 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Naresh is responsible for defining an end-to-end transformation strategy, operating model, and Digital Solutions across subjects like AI, GenAI, CX, Design Thinking & UX, Cloud, Microservices & Application, Data & Analytics, Automation, IoT, Emerging Tech lines which includes Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Quantum Computing etc.
Subhash Sakorikar
Global Head, Industry Excellence Group, Mfg, TCS
Subhash heads Industry Excellence function for Manufacturing Business Group at TCS. Subhash oversees global business and technology transformation programs across the value chain of manufacturing business domains such as – new product Introductions, supply chain, manufacturing operations, and customer experience management. Over the last decade he has heavily focused on digital transformation and evolving new business models for its clients and technology driven transformation. At TCS, he has advised many leading clients in manufacturing and has contributed to various thought leadership journals, published a number of white papers on digital transformation. With over 30 years with TATA group companies, prior to TCS he has played various leadership roles at automotive business and as National Product Manager for Excavators & Backhoe Loaders managing new product launches. He has been deeply involved in product management, marketing, dealer selection and development, Sales and Service force development. Subhash is Graduate in Production Engineering, holds Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Marketing Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and an advanced diploma Indo-German Production engineering. He is trained at Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School and serves on advisory council of George Washington University. He lives in Troy, MI with his wife and two daughters.
