As an outcome of our assessment, we identified the gaps and developed a Business Process Roadmap for all processes associated with “Meeting Customer Demand.” We also provided the following services to sustain the program in the long term:
- Established a broad structure of stakeholders and their interrelationships, designed workflows and procedures for transactions at each interface and set the criteria for the transactions, deliverables and conditions
- Benchmarked, improved and redesigned CAPEX cycle processes to meet international standards and best practices
- Identified metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the process improvement recommendations for key processes
- Established a centralized monitoring function to provide seamless communication between the stakeholders which would ensure compliance to the optimized system design
Our proposed recommendations provided a comprehensive solution by addressing the various
challenges faced by the company and executed initiatives to further strengthen their strategic objectives, and deliver value for their customers.
