Kotak Securities was using a single membership to run both retail and institutional banking operations. The institutional banking division wanted to modernize their back-office systems to better serve a new generation of customers and meet increasing trade execution demands. This involved multiple internal stakeholders and vendor applications, making scalability a challenge.
