TCS showcased organizational energy transition at AUTOMA 2024
TCS showcased the expertise provided to energy organizations in accelerating their energy transition journey and building resilience across the oil and gas value chain. As the oil and gas industry continue to evolve, the future lies in leveraging the immense potential of automation and digital transformation across the value chain.
The opening day was marked with a welcome speech by Dr. Harrick Vin, CTO along with the host sponsors. A roundtable session was moderated by Dr. Ajay Nandgaonkar, CTO, Sustainable Innovation, TCS.

Dr. Vin outlined TCS’s commitment in tackling climate change and energy transition.
The advent of AI is a significant boost to productivity in general and enables improved customer service. AI has a direct co-relation with the jobs on offer, regular and continuous upskilling is the need of the hour. Dr. Vin discussed TCS’s Agile Innovation Cloud (AIC) framework that pushes the innovation envelope by including in-house talent, research, and partnerships. Dr. Vin underpins TCS’s commitment to leveraging AI and other disruptive technologies that can solve the challenges of climate change and energy transition.
