TCS has played a key role in Lufthansa’s customer-focused digitalization programs.
TCS has been instrumental in the Lufthansa Group’s transformation into a world-leading airline with digital capabilities.
Since 2015, TCS has been a key partner in Lufthansa Group’s journey to deliver the highest quality products to its customers. Through various digital programs and initiatives, TCS has played a crucial role in shaping Lufthansa’s commitment to excellence.
TCS has laid a strong foundation for structured testing within the Lufthansa Group. With its deep experience in the airline domain and extensive knowledge of assurance, TCS has been providing expert consultation on test strategy and processes. This collaboration has consistently driven success, helping Lufthansa Group maintain its high standards of quality and reliability.
TCS has taken complete ownership of quality assurance processes for multiple Lufthansa Group products, including test planning, designing, and execution for complex systems. To further strengthen their collaboration, TCS also established a dedicated center of excellence (CoE) for test data analysis, automation, and test management. The CoE has been pivotal in enabling various projects achieve product delivery with the highest quality.
The TCS team has been instrumental in conducting different types of testing, including functional, non-functional, end-to-end business process, and user acceptance testing.
The team has demonstrated its expertise by embracing an agile approach and fostering innovation, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. The team enhanced quality through the strategic use of automation and artificial intelligence (AI).
