KV Sarma, better known as KV, heads the Europe Manufacturing Industry Solutions Unit (ISU). Manufacturing ISU serves global customers from Automotive, Industrial Equipment & Machinery, Aerospace and Process Industry. As P&L owner for Europe Manufacturing unit, KV is responsible for all Manufacturing customers headquartered in Europe geography and manages customer relationships and delivery globally for these customers. In this role he reports in to the Business Group head for Manufacturing. KV has over 34 years of professional experience working in IT industry and out of which 32 years in TCS. He started his career as technical expert and later shifted to techno-managerial and account management roles. He has managed deliveries for global customers, large programs and customer relationships in Manufacturing, Banking/Financial Services and Transportation Industries. KV is a post graduate in Computer Applications from National Institute of Technology, Warangal which is one of the premier technology institute in India.
