Roop comes with 22 years of IT experience and leads the Analytics function in TCS’ Oracle practice. Working on People Analytics and Workforce Planning using Oracle, he provides functional and technical solutions for customers worldwide. He has been involved in Strategic Consulting, DW & OLTP Architectural Assessment & Planning, Data Quality Analysis, Cleansing, Data Modeling, DW/BI, Re-engineering and Migration activities and delivering value for leading TCS customers.
