Plastiblends India Limited is the largest manufacturer and exporter of color and additive masterbatches and thermoplastic compounds for the plastic processing industry. It recently faced increasing HR complexities, prompting it to shift to an integrated digital HR platform.
Challenges
Manual processes and unscalable HR technology made their operations tedious and prone to errors. Also, the disparate systems led to inconsistent employee information.
To combat this, Plastiblends wanted to innovate and adopt an intelligent HR technology solution to transform the challenges into opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Solution
