The TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon race app makes the marathon experience more sustainable and enjoyable for participants and spectators alike. The app allows runners and supporters to track route progress, view interactive course maps, watch the live broadcast, learn about the race’s sustainability efforts, and share words of encouragement.
The TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon is dedicated to being the most sustainable race in Canada. In 2023, the marathon received Evergreen Certification from the Council for Responsible Sport. Evergreen status is the highest recognition of sustainability efforts and is given to races that demonstrate outstanding social, environmental, economic, and community impact. The TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon is the only race in Canada to achieve this status.
The TCS Charity Challenge provides event participants the opportunity to run, walk, or wheel for the cause that moves them. To date, the TCS Charity Challenge has raised over $53 million for more than 150 charity partners, making a lasting impact on our communities.
